San Patricio and Refugio Counties:
Beginning at the Nueces/San Patricio County line intersection with U.S. Highway 77 and continuing northeast along U.S. Highway 77 to the intersection of U.S. Highway 77 and U.S. Highway B77 north through Sinton, Texas, to the intersection of U.S. Highway B77 and U.S. Highway 77 north of Sinton, Texas, and continuing north along U.S. Highway 77 through the counties of San Patricio and Refugio.
