Employers that do not have workers' compensation insurance (non-subscribers) must file a report with us every year. The report filing period starts February 1 and ends April 30. There will not be any fines or penalties for employers that have not filed a report in the past. This also applies to some employers that haven’t reported employee injuries, illnesses or fatalities.
