- Mandated Benefits Data Call: Commissioner's Bulletin B-0046-11 announced the 2011 Mandated Benefits Data Call. The annual data call pertains to mandated benefits and offers, and is due on December 1, 2011. Respondents needing more time may contact MBSurvey@tdi.state.tx.us to request an extension.
- Consumer Information Data Call: The requirement to collect this data expired on September 1, 2011. Following the second quarter 2011, TDI will no longer conduct this data call.
- Health Care Claims Reimbursement Rate Report: Due annually on September 1st. The data call form and instructions are available on the Reimbursement Rate Report Main Page. To access the report form, the user must indicate acceptance of the End User Agreement concerning use of Current Procedural Terminology pursuant to 28 TAC ยง21.4506(d).

- The State Fire Marshal's Office is evaluating the impact that Line-of-Duty-Death reports have had on the Texas Fire Service in the two years since their inception. The State Fire Marshal's Office is asking that chiefs or other representatives from all Texas Fire Departments take a short (four question), easy-to-answer (yes/no questions), anonymous, online survey regarding the relevancy of the LODD reports to you and your department.
