SERFF Filing Access
Public Online Search for NAIC System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF) Company Submissions
The Texas Department of Insurance is making certain company filings received after April 13, 2014, available for public viewing via the internet. To make these filings accessible to interested parties via the Internet, TDI is using the NAIC System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing Access interface (SFA). Through the SFA, you can view filings conveniently from your home, office, or anywhere you have access to a computer, at any time – day or night. There is no charge associated with this method. Click the following link to access the interface and search public company filings.
All filings are subject to Texas Government Code, Chapter 552. Interested parties will only be able to view the details of the filing if it was marked available for public access.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the SERFF system or problems accessing the SERFF alternative remote access website, please direct your questions to the SERFF Help Desk at (816) 783-8990 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. TDI cannot help with computer system issues or technical issues related to SERFF. This is a self help site and TDI may not provide search help for records. The SERFF Help Desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. If a customer support analyst is not available, please leave a message with the SERFF Help Desk. SERFF staff will return your call or email the next business day.
For other support, please contact TDI at SERFF@tdi.texas.gov.
