System for Electronic Rate and Form Filings (SERFF)
for Property & Casualty Insurance in Texas
On September 15, 1999, the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) began accepting electronic form and rule filings from Property & Casualty companies doing business in Texas. This system is designed to expedite the review and approval of filings and reduce the amount of paperwork for both your company and TDI.
Currently TDI will accept all electronic filings for all commercial and personal lines of insurance and all filing types.
