TDI-DWC provides health and safety resources to employers, employees and other entities that support the Texas workforce to eliminate the occurrence of occupational injuries and hazardous exposures. Through its Workplace Safety Programs, TDI-DWC helps employers, employees, insurance carriers that write workers' compensation insurance, and the policyholders of such carriers with workplace safety and health issues.

SAFETY VIOLATIONS HOTLINE

You can report unsafe working conditions or violations of safety regulations by calling 800-452-9595 or Report a Hazard Online. The objective of the Safety Violations Hotline is to identify and eliminate workplace hazards to the safety and/or health of the workers of Texas. It provides a means for workers to take a proactive role in addressing workplace safety and health issues.
