What Are The Texas Mandated Benefits/Coverages and Offers?
This page provides a link to a chart identifying the mandated benefits, coverages, and offers and their applicability to various product types. In addition, this page provides links to two summary description documents that provide the citations and brief descriptions of the mandates. These summary descriptions are split between those applicable to health maintenance organizations and those applicable to fee-for-service plans, including preferred provider plans.
