After successfully sending a reporting form to TDI, you should receive an acknowledgement from TDI soon. In case you don’t receive an acknowledgement within two business days, then follow these steps.
- If you added your own email address to the Cc or Bcc line before sending the reporting form submission, then check whether you received a copy of the message. If you did receive a copy of the message, confirm that PCDataCallTitle@tdi.texas.gov is on the To line and that an XML file is attached. If you find the message with that recipient and the XML file attached, then contact TDI using the contact information at the bottom of this page; otherwise, confirm that you have followed all of the steps for using the “SUBMIT BY EMAIL” button.
- If you did not Cc or Bcc yourself when sending the reporting form submission, then look for the outgoing message in your email system’s "Sent Items" folder. If you find the outgoing message, confirm that PCDataCallTitle@tdi.texas.gov is on the To line and that an XML file is attached. If you find the message with that recipient and the XML file attached, then contact TDI using the contact information at the bottom of this page; otherwise, confirm that you have followed all of the steps for using the “SUBMIT BY EMAIL” button.
