Section 2251.002 (1) prohibits the use in rate calculations of certain administrative expenses that exceed 110 percent of the industry median. The following information is published for use by all companies writing any line of insurance subject to this Section. The information concerning 110 percent of the industry median should be reflected in any rate indications utilizing 2019, 2020, or 2021 expense data (see the Filings Made Easy Guide, Exhibit E, line 9i). The information in this report is updated annually.
