Processing dates

This information is updated every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.

The Agent and Adjuster Licensing Office processes filings in the order they were received. The dates in the table below reflect the Received Date of the filings that we are currently processing. The Received Date is the date the filing was stamped as received by the TDI mail room, or the date the Comptroller’s Office stamped the check. When estimating when your filing was received, allow 5 business days from the date you mailed the filing.

All information below is provided as a courtesy and reflects processing dates for multiple filing types. For applications that require additional review due to screening and background check results, processing times noted below do not apply. Files referred for additional review are made confidential to protect the applicant, and information, including status, cannot be disclosed by our call center. Applicants will be contacted by a specialist if additional information is needed.
