Third-Party Evaluation Reports

TDI is now accepting 3rd party submittals

TDI posts website links to third-party evaluation reports from the following sources:

  • Product evaluation reports developed by and listed with product certification agencies that are accredited as complying with ISO/IEC Standard 17025 by the International Accreditation Service (IAS) or by any other accreditation body recognized by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA).
  • Notice of Acceptance (NOA) reports developed by and listed with the Miami-Dade County Product Control Section.
  • Product Approvals listed with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

If you would like to submit a website link to a third-party evaluation report to be listed with the TDI, please view our submittal requirements and form for third-party evaluations:

Note: If TDI already has a TDI-developed evaluation report listing posted to the TDI website for the same products listed in the third-party evaluation report submittal, then the TDI-developed evaluation report will be removed from the TDI website once the third-party evaluation report listing is posted.

Note: TDI will not develop an evaluation report for products with a third-party evaluation report from one of the sources listed above.

TDI is not responsible for the content or terms of use of third-party websites, or of any website linked on a third-party site. You use any third-party websites and websites linked on a third-party site at your own risk.

The third-party evaluation reports are linked for information only, as a public service. TDI will not edit, modify, or revise any of the linked reports. TDI will continue to oversee completed and ongoing improvements according to Texas Insurance Code Chapter 2210 and 28 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 5, Subchapter E, Division 7.
