A separate submittal must be provided for each third-party evaluation report to be listed.
Submittals will be made using the Third-party developed product evaluation reports form (PC437). The form is a fillable pdf and is available on the TDI website. Incomplete submittals will not be posted.
In the subject line of your email, please indicate the product manufacturer name, the third-party evaluation report number, and whether it is for a new listing or an update to an existing listing. As an example, for a new listing: Best Window Products; FL12345; new listing. For an update: Best Window Products; NOA No. 21-12345; Update to NOA 18-12345)
