Sending information for dispute resolution

Information you send to DWC must be sent to the other parties, and it must be sent securely.

This information includes:

  • Forms — forms sent by the parties asking for action. For example, to set a BRC or hearing, to get clarification of a designated doctor report, to change an address.
  • Requests — formal requests to an administrative law judge. For example, a request for a continuance, request to modify issues, request to compel answers to interrogatories, or request to order a subpoena.
  • Exchanges — information shared between parties before a BRC or hearing.
  • Hearing exhibits — information about a claim that you want the administrative law judge to consider.
