Notice is hereby given that the Commissioner of Insurance entered Commissioner's Order No. 06-0342 dated April 11, 2006, adopting amendments to the Texas Workers' Compensation Statistical Plan to include statistical code 9874 for the reporting of the premium credit provided to employers who elect to provide health care services to injured employees through certified workers' compensation health care networks. These amendments are effective May 6, 2006, which is 15 days after notice of the adoption of the amended rule is published in the Texas Register.
