TDI´s homeowners rate guides group individual rating territories into regions. Each region consists of two to four territories. For your company, list the appropriate annual premium rate in effect on June 1, 2001, for a HOMEOWNERS B POLICY with $80,000 coverage on the house, $32,000 on its contents, and a one percent ($800) deductible for each owner profile. Property Protection Classes (with previous Key Rates) are listed above the rate column. See the Commissioner´s Bulletin No. B-0025-01 for an explanation about which companies are required to provide information for the rate guides.

| Owner A | Annual rate for Owner A: brick-veneer home in an urban area with good fire protection (Property Protection Class 4). |
| Owner B | Annual rate for Owner B: frame home in an urban area with good fire protection (Property Protection Class 4). |
| Owner C | Annual rate for Owner C: brick-veneer home in a rural area with limited fire protection (Property Protection Class 10). |
| Owner D | Annual rate for Owner D: frame home in a rural area with limited fire protection (Property Protection Class 10). |
