Comprehensive Health Services of Texas, Inc.’s receivership closed on August 2, 2010. There were individuals or companies who did not claim funds they were entitled to from claims against the receivership. The commissioner of the Texas Department of Insurance has filed a motion with the Travis County District Court, requesting the court declare these unclaimed funds from this receivership are abandoned to TDI’s general receivership expense account.

Owners may contact TDI at the contact information below to provide proof of ownership and claim their funds. Owners must contact TDI to claim the funds before the court declares the funds are abandoned. The court will consider the motion on March 31, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m.
