Re:   CALL FOR SECOND QUARTER EXPERIENCE - 2012 CALL FOR SECOND QUARTER EXPERIENCE - 2012 - WORKERS' COMPENSATION DEDUCTIBLE PLANS


The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issues the attached mandatory calls pursuant to §2251.008 and §38.001 of the Texas Insurance Code. These calls are the basis for a report required for submission to the Governor and certain members of the Texas Legislature. They are designed to provide TDI with immediate access to market condition information.

You must respond to these calls in accordance with the attached instructions no later than August 15, 2012. You must maintain underlying data, individual source documents, and other information used to develop your call response in your records until at least August 15, 2015.

If you do not respond to these calls within the time limits specified, you will be in violation of the Texas Insurance Code, and you will be subject to the applicable penalties.

The forms for the call are in a fill-in electronic format. Please use the interactive PDF forms, affidavit, and instructions provided at www.tdi.texas.gov/bulletins/index.html to minimize errors. These forms require Acrobat 7.0 or higher or a compatible version of Adobe Reader. The link to the forms will also be on the web page version of this bulletin.
