On June 2, 1998, Commissioner's Bulletin No. B-0044-98 assigned a temporary 7/9 public protection classification (PPC) to a number of communities, to be effective retroactive to February 1, 1998. Communities receiving a temporary 7/9 rating were listed on Exhibits 1 and 2 of that bulletin. Since the initial release of Exhibits 1 and 2, many communities have been surveyed by ISO and given a more appropriate, permanent PPC. Those communities have now been deleted from Exhibits 1 and 2, and the communities listed below have been added to Exhibit 1. Attached are the most recent revisions of the Exhibits, which supersede all other Exhibits you have received.
