On June 2, 1998, Commissioner´s Bulletin No. B-0044-98 was issued assigning a temporary 7/9 public protection classification (PPC) to a number of communities. The communities were listed in Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2. The effective date of the classification was February 1, 1998. Following are additions, deletions, and corrections to Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 of Bulletin No. B-0044-98.

Deletions from Exhibit 1:
Anderson Mill - Information provided to the Texas Department of Insurance indicates that the community traditionally referred to as Anderson Mill is within the primary response area of the Jollyville fire department and is subject to Jollyville´s PPC of 6.
Buckingham - This area was annexed by the city of Richardson in 1996. Therefore, it is subject to Richardson´s PPC of 4.
Corrections:
Westworth Village - This is the proper listing of this community, instead of Westworth as shown on Exhibit 1.
Jamaica Beach - The correct spelling is "Jamaica" instead of Jamica, as shown on Exhibit 2.
