Help from your insurance company:

If you have a workers’ compensation policy in Texas, your insurance company must give you free accident prevention help, including:

  • Surveys.
  • Consultations.
  • Safety advice and training.
  • Industrial hygiene and health services.
  • Claims history.
  • Accident analysis.
