OSHA 30-Hour Construction Courses

In person training and online video training are offered.

You must be a Texas resident or an employee currently working in Texas to register.

In order to attend, the student must understand and communicate in the language of the course.

DWC offers low-cost OSHA 30-Hour Construction courses. The five day in person or eight-day online course is presented by OSHA-authorized instructors who train employers and employees in the basics of construction safety. This includes OSHA standards and requirements, and safety awareness to help find and reduce job-site hazards and risks.

We offer training via in person and online video training Those who complete the course receive an OSHA 30-Hour Construction course completion card within eight weeks.

As Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) bid on projects in Texas, we want to make sure they have the training to be successful and safe on the job. DWC has partnered with Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) to offer this same 30-hour OSHA training to small business owners.

Online classes are Central Time zone.

The first email you will receive regarding the 30-Hour course says you have signed up for an online training. The initial email you will receive from the TFC allows you to pay for the course, if you are a TFC vendor.

The next email you will receive will be from DWC Workplace Safety to confirm your attendance and the link to register for access to Zoom. It is very important that you save this email with the link so that you can access class each day of training.
