Should you report fraud or file a complaint?

To make sure you get the fastest help possible, read the following to know if you should file a complaint or if you should report fraud.

 

Do you think your insurance company or agent has done something wrong with your insurance claim?

  • If you have questions about filing a complaint, call our Help Line at 800-252-3439, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time.

Do you think another person, agent, or company is committing insurance fraud (violating criminal law)?
