Details:
The Texas Department of Insurance proposes Phase 2 of the implementation of House Bill 2067, 89th Legislature, 2025. The rule proposal amends 28 TAC §5.9501 and updates the Texas Commercial Lines Statistical Plan to require insurers to report data on reasons they give consumers for canceling, nonrenewing, or declining a policy.
