Use this process to submit your initial application and intent to apply for either a license, certification, or registration; or to submit a biographical form to be associated with an agency or company with the Texas Department of Insurance.

Once we register your application, we’ll send you an email with the service code to the email address you provide in this submission. You will need this service code to register for your fingerprinting appointment. After obtaining your fingerprints, you will need to submit the rest of your application using the method described on the license type page.
