Under Texas Insurance Code Section 1805.053, an advisory organization must file at least quarterly with the commissioner a list of:
(1) each subscriber company engaging in business in this state; and
(2) the products or information the subscriber company purchases.
The quarterly reports can be submitted via the Financial Filing Submission Portal. A PIN is needed to access the portal.
