Alarm Applications, Forms, and Guides are available in PDF format.

Please be advised that there is a temporary hold on new Licensing test requests through PSI Services.  This will remain in place until a contract is executed for the new fiscal year which began on September 1. The State Fire Marshal's Office regrets any inconvenience this may cause, but it is necessary to stay in compliance with State purchasing regulations.  It is possible the hold will be in place until late November.  Updates will be posted via the Licensing e-news.

IMPORTANT:  This does not affect those who have already paid and scheduled to take an exam.
