Register Your E-Mail Address
Section 552.137 of the Public Information Act requires TDI to withhold e-mail addresses of members of the public that are provided for the purpose of communicating electronically with a governmental body, unless the members of the public have agreed to their release to the general public. By completing the on-line form, you agree and consent that TDI may disclose your e-mail address.
You may agree to share your e-mail address by selecting "opt-in," filling in the required fields on the Registration Form for the Texas Department of Insurance.
You also may "opt-out" or "update" your e-mail address if you have used this form previously to provide e-mail information to TDI. For more on this subject, please refer to TDI's Privacy Policy.
