Assistance from your Insurance Carrier:
If you have a workers' compensation policy in Texas, your insurance carrier is required to provide you with accident prevention services upon request at no cost, including surveys, consultations, recommendations, industrial hygiene/health services, claims history, accident analysis, and training. If you experience difficulties obtaining accident prevention services from your workers' compensation carrier, contact the Division at 1-800-687-7080 or healthsafety@tdi.state.tx.us.
