Informal Working Draft Rules
Staff at TDI-DWC invites your input on the following informal working draft rules. An informal working draft is not a formal rule proposal. Accordingly, your responses will not be treated as a formal public comment for the purposes of the Administrative Procedures Act. You will have the opportunity to make formal comments after the rules are formally posted and officially published in the Texas Register.
To expedite the comment process, we encourage you to submit any comments to the informal working draft electronically via e-mail to InformalRuleComments@tdi.state.tx.us.
