PPT R-1. Rate for the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-1) or the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2)

The premium for the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-1) or the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2) shall be as follows:

  1. BASIC RATE:

    $3,000,001 to $5,000,000 $1.25 for each $1000 of additional insurance

    $5,000,001 to $10,000,000 $1.00 for each $1000 of additional insurance
    (or any portion thereof)
    $10,000,001 to $25,000,000 $0.85 for each $1000 of additional insurance
    (or any portion thereof)
    $25,000,001 to $50,000,000 $0.65 for each $1000 of additional insurance
    (or any portion thereof)
    $50,000,001 and above $0.50 for each $1000 of additional insurance
    (or any portion thereof)
  2. SIMULTANEOUS RATE

    If a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2) is issued simultaneously with a Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-1), the rate shall be the Basic Rate for the Amount of Insurance for the policy with the larger amount of insurance, plus $500 for the additional policy.

  3. MIXED COLLATERAL TRANSACTIONS

    In transactions of any amount where both personal property and real property secure the same indebtedness, and the title insurance company issues personal property title insurance policies simultaneously on both the real property and personal property, the rate for the personal property title insurance policies shall be 90% of the applicable rate, but in no event less than $500 for each policy.

PPT R-2. Rate for the Aggregation Endorsement (PPT-2.1)

When an Aggregation Endorsement (PPT-2.1) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2), the premium for the Aggregation Endorsement (PPT-2.1) shall be $25.00.

PPT R-3. Rate for the Gap Endorsement (PPT-2.2)

When a Gap Endorsement (PPT-2.2) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2), the premium for the Gap Endorsement (PPT-2.2) shall be $25.00.

PPT R-4. Rate for the Increase in Liability Endorsement (PPT-2.3)

When an Increase in Liability Endorsement (PPT-2.3) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2), the premium for the Increase in Liability Endorsement (PPT-2.3) shall be basic premium for the new Amount of Insurance set forth in the endorsement, less the premium previously paid for the policy.

PPT R-5. Rate for the Datedown Endorsement (PPT-2.4)

When a Datedown Endorsement (PPT-2.4) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2), the premium for the Datedown Endorsement (PPT-2.4) shall be $100.00.

PPT R-6. Rate for the Change in Location of Debtor Endorsement (PPT-2.5).

When a Change in Location of Debtor Endorsement (PPT-2.5) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2), the premium for the Change in Location of Debtor Endorsement (PPT-2.5) shall be $250.00.

PPT R-7. Rate for the Mezzanine Endorsement (PPT 2.6)

When a Mezzanine Endorsement (PPT-2.6) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2), the premium for the Mezzanine Endorsement (PPT-2.6) shall be $25.00.

PPT R-8. Rate for the Assignment Endorsement (PPT-2.7)

When an Assignment Endorsement (PPT-2.7) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2), the premium for the Assignment Endorsement (PPT-2.7) shall be $50.00.

PPT R-9. Rate for the Co-Insurance Endorsement (PPT-1.8/2.8)

When a Co-Insurance Endorsement (PPT-1.8/2.8) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-2) or Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-1), the premium for the Co-Insurance Endorsement (PPT-1.8/2.8) shall be the portion of the applicable promulgated premium for the total amount of insurance equal to its allocable amount of insurance set forth in the Co-Insurance Endorsement.

MIXED COLLATERAL TRANSACTIONS

In transactions of any amount where both real property and personal property secure the subject indebtedness and the insurer's policies are simultaneously issued as to both the real property and the personal property, the personal property title insurance policy may be issued at a rate of 90% of the otherwise applicable rate.

PROJECT OR PORTFOLIO RATE

For transactions of any amount that may be considered part of the same project or portfolio of loans having a common lender, centralized electronic processing and tracking capabilities and a single point of contact with the originating lender, personal property title insurance policies may be issued at a rate not less than 50% of the otherwise applicable rate. No other discounts shall apply.

PPT R-14. Rate for the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-9).

In transactions in which the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-9) is the only personal property title insurance policy issued by the insurer, the rate shall be 50% of the applicable Basic Insurance Rate, minimum of $175.00, subject to the ability to reinsure. The Basic Insurance Rate is set out below:

SIMULTANEOUSLY ISSUED POLICIES

In transactions in which both the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8) and the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-9) are issued, the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-9) may be issued at a rate of 10% of the rate applicable to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8). In transactions in which the amount of the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-9) exceeds that of the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8), the rate applicable to such excess amount shall be 50% of the Basic Insurance Rate.

PPT R-15. Rate for the Seller's Lien Endorsement (PPT-8.1) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8)

10% of policy rate for the first seller of the pledged collateral to the debtor and 5% for each additional seller, with a minimum endorsement charge of $150 per seller.

PPT R-16. Rate for the Tax Lien Endorsement (PPT-8.2) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8).

$85 for $0 to $250,000 in coverage and $0.18 per $1,000 for $250,001 and above in coverage.

PPT R-17. Rate for the Mezzanine Endorsement (PPT-8.3) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8)

10% of policy rate for the first issuer of the pledged equity and 5% for each additional issuer, with a minimum endorsement charge of $250 per issuer.

PPT R-18. Rate for the Pledged Equity Endorsement (PPT-8.4) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8).

10% of policy rate for the first issuer of the pledged equity and 5% for each additional issuer, with a minimum endorsement charge of $250 per issuer.

PPT R-19. Rate for the Change of Name of Insured Endorsement (PPT-8.5) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8).

10% of policy rate, minimum of $100, maximum of $1,000.

PPT R-22. Rate for the Waiver of Attorney Subrogation Rights Endorsement (PPT-8.8) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8).

$50 if to insured lender's counsel. $1,000 if to debtor's counsel.

PPT R-23. Rate for the Springing Control Endorsement (PPT 8.9) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8).

5% of policy rate for the first issuer of the pledged equity and 2.5% for each additional issuer, with a minimum endorsement charge of $125 per issuer.

PPT R-24. Rate for Post Policy Tax Lien Endorsement (PPT-8.10) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8).

$75.00 per jurisdiction searched per debtor per bring down endorsement.

PPT R-25. Rate for the Borrower's Status Endorsement (PPT-8.11) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8).

PPT R-26. Rate for the Post Policy Judgment Lien Endorsement (PPT-8.12) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-8).

PPT R-28. Rate for the Pending Suites and Judgments Endorsement (PPT-9.2) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-9).

$75.00 per jurisdiction searched per debtor.

PPT R-29. Rate for the Increase in Tax Lien Coverage Endorsement (PPT-9.3) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-9).

$0.18 per $1,000 in coverage above $250,000.

PPT R-30. Rate for the Owner's Equity Ownership Endorsement (PPT-9.4) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-9).

10% of policy rate for the first issuer of pledged equity and 5% for each additional issuer, with a minimum endorsement charge of $250 per issuer.

PPT R-31. Rate for the Owner's Policy Insuring Clauses Endorsement (PPT-9.5) to the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-9).

For each insuring clause amended, $0.18 per $1,000 in coverage above $250,000.

PPT R-32. Rate for the Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-10) or the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12).

PPT R-33. Mixed Collateral, Portfolio, and Simultaneous Rates

  1. Mixed Collateral Transactions
    For any transaction where both real property and personal property are involved in the transaction to be insured, and a separate title insurance policy is being issued by the Company, for the real property and the personal property, the premium for the policy insuring a security interest in the personal property may be reduced by up to 10% for an amount of insurance of up to $5 million; reduced by up to 15% for an amount or insurance from $5,000,001 to $10,000,000; and reduced by up to 25% for an amount of insurance in excess of $10,000,000.

  2. Portfolio Rates
    For transactions involving multiple sales of similar characteristics with regard to either seller, buyer or type of ownership; for which there is a standardization of documents, the rate may be calculated on the "aggregated" amount of the loans.

  3. Simultaneous Issue Rates
    If concurrently with the issuance of a Personal Property Title Insurance Owner's Policy (PPT-10), a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) is being issued, or the reverse being true, the additional respective Policy of Insurance will be issued at 30% of the Basic Insurance Rate.

PPT R-34. Rate for the Landlord's Lien Endorsement (PPT-12.1).

When the Landlord's Lien Endorsement (PPT-12.1) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) the premium for each endorsement shall be 5% of the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) premium.

PPT R-35. Rate for the Lapse Endorsement (PPT-12.2).

When the Lapse Endorsement (PPT-12.2) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) the premium for each endorsement shall be 0% of the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) premium.

PPT R-36. Rate for the Mezzanine Financing Endorsement (PPT-12.5).

When the Mezzanine Financing Endorsement (PPT-12.5) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) the premium for each endorsement shall be 10% of the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) premium.

PPT R-37. Rate for the Prior Owner Endorsement (PPT-12.3).

When the Prior Owner Endorsement (PPT-12.3) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) the premium for each endorsement shall be 5% of the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) premium.

PPT R-38. Rate for the Tie-in Endorsement (PPT-12.6).

When the Tie-in Endorsement (PPT-12.6) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) the premium for each endorsement shall be 10% of the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) premium.

PPT R-39. Rate for the Federal Tax Lien Endorsement (PPT-12.4)

When the Federal Tax Lien Endorsement (PPT-12.4) is issued with a Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) the premium for each endorsement shall be 5% of the Personal Property Title Insurance Lender's Policy (PPT-12) premium.
