The 2001 CSO Mortality Table was adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners in December 2002. This page provides the link, given below, to the "Report of the American Academy of Actuaries´ Commissioners Standard Ordinary Task Force - June 2002" on the American Academy of Actuaries website. Appendix A of the report contains both the "ultimate" and the "select and ultimate" forms of the male/female composite, smoker, and non-smoker age-nearest-birthday tables and Appendix J-3 of the report contains "ultimate" and "select and ultimate" forms of the male/female composite, smoker, and non-smoker age-last-birthday tables as well as the gender-blended tables.

In September 2006, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners adopted the 2001 CSO Preferred Class Structure Mortality Table. The tables are available in both Excel and Adobe Acrobat format.
