Introduction To Authorized Viatical/Life Settlement Providers, Provider Representatives and Brokers
The following is a listing of viatical and life settlement provider, provider representatives and brokers that are authorized to do the business of viatical and/or life settlements pursuant to 28 TAC ยงยง3.1701-3.1717.
The list includes the following:
- Providers, Provider Representatives and brokers that have been issued a Certificate of Registration by this department; and
- Providers, Provider Representatives and brokers that have submitted an application for renewal may continue to do the business of viatical and life settlements until the Commissioner of Insurance approves the renewal, or the department issues a notice of denial regarding the renewal.
