Specialty - Credit

Issued to retail distributor of goods, an automobile dealer, bank, state or federal savings and loan or credit union, finance company, production credit association, manufactured or mobile home retailer to sell credit life insurance, credit accident and health insurance, credit property insurance, credit involuntary unemployment insurance; and insurance that covers between the actual cash value of a motor vehicle used as a security for a loan or lease. This authority specifically permits the sale of both individual and group credit insurance.

Prerequisite / Training Each individual that will act as an agent under the specialty insurance license must successfully complete an approved training program before selling any insurance.
