Processing Dates

This information is updated every Wednesday by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time.
Agent & Adjuster Licensing Division processes filings in date received order. The date for each item in the table below reflects the date most of those filings in process were received by TDI or by the Texas Comptroller's 'Lockbox', used for filings with payments attached. Agent & Adjuster Licensing uses as the received date, the date physically stamped on the check by the Comptroller or on the mail by the TDI mail room. About five business days should be allowed for normal mailing time in calculating the date a particular filing might have been received.
All information is provided as a courtesy and all dates are estimations only and should not be understood as final. All agent and adjuster applications may be subject to additional review and processing times.
