Brooke Corporation Resource Page

Brooke Corporation is based in Kansas. On October 28, 2008, Brooke Corporation filed and was granted Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Kansas City, Kansas. The court appointed Albert A. Riederer as trustee for the bankruptcy estate of Brooke.

If you are a Texas consumer who paid money to Brooke Corporation, a Brooke subsidiary or a Brooke agent and you have received a cancellation notice, you should provide the insurer with your proof of insurance and proof of payment. If you are dissatisfied with the insurer’s determination, you may file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance.

Brooke agents are advised that they must comply with Texas insurance laws, including Chapter 4001 of the Texas Insurance Code.
