How to Reach the Public Information Office
The Public Information Office (PIO) serves as the agency's primary contact with the news media. It also responds to information requests from consumers, legislators, other insurance departments, business and industry.
For the quickest response, general inquiries and requests for information should be sent by e-mail to . Items sent to specific members of the PIO staff may not be answered as promptly if the staff member is out of the office or on vacation.
