The adoption of the captioned Divisions 4-9, implements and clarifies the various filing requirements necessary for insurer filings to be in compliance with the regulatory changes made by Senate Bill 14 (SB 14) and House Bill 1865 (HB 1865) which were enacted by the 78th Legislature, Regular Session, 2003.
The text of Divisions 4-9, as well as the department's property and casualty filing review requirement checklists and the Filings Made Easy Guide (Guide) may be obtained by visiting the department's website at www.tdi.state.tx.us.
