The Commissioner of Insurance, under Commissioner's Order No. 96-1468, has added the area located east of the boundary line of State Highway 146 and inside the city limits of the City of Shoreacres and the area located east of the boundary line of State Highway 146 and inside the city limits of the City of Pasadena to the designated catastrophe area. These areas were designated eligible by the Commissioner effective March 1, 1997.
The amendments to the manual adding the newly designated catastrophe areas were adopted under Commissioner's Order No. 97-0225 effective April 1, 1997.
